Information We Collect
Account & Contact Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, role, and billing details. This information is provided directly by you or through your identity provider (e.g., Google, Clerk).
Usage & Diagnostics
We automatically collect API call metadata, device and browser information, performance metrics, error logs, and session data to operate and improve the Services.
Campaign Content
Content you create or upload through the Services, including creative assets, campaign configurations, budgets, targeting settings, and related metadata.
Integration Credentials
OAuth tokens and API keys for ad platforms, analytics tools, and other services you connect. These are stored with encryption at rest and accessed only with the minimum scopes necessary to operate the integration you authorized.
Territory & Location Data
Geographic coordinates and addresses you provide when defining deployment territories. We also ingest environmental signals (weather, venue density, street-level coverage) from third-party providers for territories you configure.
How We Use Information
- Operate the platform — provide, secure, and improve the Services, including campaign creation, budget governance, and territory intelligence.
- Generate insights — optimize campaigns and produce analytics using aggregated or de-identified telemetry.
- Run integrations — execute actions on connected platforms you explicitly authorize (e.g., publishing campaigns, syncing metrics).
- Communicate — send service and transactional communications, including billing receipts, policy alerts, and system notifications.
- Comply and protect — comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information.

Compliance retention
Aggregated analytics may be retained in de-identified form. No re-identification is performed.
Other Ad Platforms Data
The following applies to all connected ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads) unless otherwise specified.
What We Access
Account identifiers, campaign and ad metadata, budgets and bids, performance metrics, and error logs — limited to accounts you explicitly authorize.
How We Use It
To read performance data, generate cross-channel insights, and (if enabled) create, update, pause, or resume campaigns, budgets, bids, and creatives on your behalf.
Retention & Disconnect
Cached metrics are retained for 7 days to support reliability. Upon disconnection, cached data is deleted within 48 hours. Compliance and audit logs are retained for 90 days. Aggregated analytics may be retained in de-identified form.
Meta/Facebook & Instagram Content Calendar
Data We Process
Page and account identifiers you connect, draft and scheduled post content, attached media references, publish status and timestamps, and basic engagement signals for scheduling health monitoring.
Purpose
To let you compose, schedule, and publish organic social posts and track their publish success or failure within the AdResonance dashboard.
Retention
Drafts and scheduled posts are stored until published or deleted by you. Publishing status and error logs are retained for 90 days. On disconnect, remaining scheduled items are removed and cached data is deleted within 48 hours.
Territory Intelligence Data
What We Collect
When you create deployment territories, we ingest environmental signals from third-party providers including weather conditions (Tomorrow.io, NOAA), venue and foot traffic density (Foursquare), and street-level imagery metadata (Mapillary).
How We Use It
Territory signals inform budget allocation recommendations, campaign optimization decisions, and the territory intelligence dashboard. Signals are associated with your organization and the territories you define.
Retention
Territory signals expire based on provider-specific TTLs (1–24 hours) and are automatically cleaned up after expiration. Historical signal data older than 24 hours is deleted. Territory definitions persist until you archive or delete them.
Data Retention
Data Deletion
How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time through any of the following methods:
- Full account deletion — navigate to Account > Settings and use the “Delete account” option. This permanently removes your account, all brands, campaigns, creatives, platform connections, analytics data, and organization membership.
- Selective deletion — delete individual brands from Account > Brands, or disconnect a platform from Account > Connections. Associated tokens, cached data, and platform credentials are removed immediately.
- Email — send a deletion request to privacy@designadvertise.ai. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
- Platform-initiated — if you deauthorize AdResonance from a connected platform (e.g., removing app access from your Facebook or Meta settings), we automatically receive a deletion callback and remove your OAuth tokens, account identifiers, and any cached data associated with that connection within 48 hours.
What Gets Deleted
Upon deletion, we remove: OAuth access and refresh tokens, platform account identifiers, cached performance metrics, and any platform-specific credentials. Audit log entries are retained for 90 days for compliance purposes and then permanently deleted. Aggregated, de-identified analytics are not subject to deletion requests.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Users
If you connected your Meta Ads or Instagram account and later remove AdResonance from your Facebook app settings, Meta sends a data deletion request to our callback endpoint. We process this automatically — your Meta tokens, account IDs, and cached data are deleted, and a confirmation code is issued. You can verify the status of your deletion at the confirmation URL provided by Meta.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact admin@adresonance.com. We verify your identity before fulfilling requests and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Security
We implement encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), least-privilege access controls, comprehensive audit logging, and continuous monitoring. In the event of a data incident, we provide notifications as required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-product notification or email before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
